I've been trying Ublock origin and Adguard but while they're pretty good at blocking ads, they're not particulary good when it comes to pop up. Adguard barely blocks popups while uBlock it's somewhat customizable but it's either all or nothing (it closes even when you manually open a new tab from the page you've blocked popups).
