There are at least three problems here. Firstly, in the UK it is illegal to advertise prices without tax - as a US site I assume they get away with that. Secondly they are deliberately imitating the site of the hotel to hoodwink buyers that they are booking directly. Lastly they have very poor customer service. At first, they had trouble finding the reservation. But, after explaining that it was a day use reservation and that it was made by a third party, they happily confirmed the reservation.
