The last several trips to the range she shot about 250-300 rounds. It started jamming up pretty frequently, so I figured it was due for a good cleaning.NEW for the Marlin * M60 series tube feed rifles. If you put a buffer with a large hole on a rifle with a small pin you will get more "play". Don't ask me how I know.Item description from the seller. The new black buffers are made out of a different material. Kind of like boot soul material, not quite as hard as the originals. I have an 80 model 60 and 81 model 75C. Both with original springs. I'm hoping, for the time being, that I can use the buffer from the model 75 to replace the one in the Model 60 and at least get the 60 back up and running. I removed the buffer from the 75 with no difficulty. The problem I'm having is that I absolutely cannot get the pin for the buffer out of the 60.
