I have a manual that covers multiple 97-01 Toyotas. It said it's located behind the interior fuse panel near firewall under a plastic cover. So far I've found nothing that looks like the picture shown in the manual. If I can't find it soon I'll head to the dealer and have them pull it up on their illustrated parts list.
