I received an interview notice for N400 application (filed on May 2021 and scheduled for interview on Aug 2021) but it doesn't mention my pending I-751 petition (filed on June 2020 in California).Even though the N-400 letter does not ask you to bring your spouse, if you have a pending I-751 you should assume it will probably be a combo interview and you should bring your spouse with you. If you have a pending I-751, they can not and will not approve your N-400 until your I-751 is approved first.
