This is my general skillbuild for maya. If you're going for a sub-sequence build, your tree will slightly differ (going more into the motion tree and sacrificing your Scorn+ lifetap+sustenance). First skills must be sweet release in mid tree. Amazing healing skill right at the top.

Advice on a melee Maya build. I'm trying to make a melee siren build and would like some advice. Right now, I'm using a love thumper, legendary nurse class mod and law. Planning on getting a rapier soon. When I played my Siren with a group of 4 I played a Harmony focused build that favored sniping and slagging. She has a few sniper-friendly skills and it gives you a great overview of the battlefield so you can more easily prioritize either healing teammates or controlling enemies.Twisted Pimp build.
