InO is not actually very good in P4G. Arguably he was useful in P4 for the bonus boss fight because of all of his resists, but other than that... meh. Cover the Light/Dark holes in his defenses, then do whatever. You could do something like 4-color with Spell Master and Victory Cry for stomping dungeons, but by the time you get InO there aren't ...
