I have used Tier 3 Boil Over quite a bit and there is no way that this perk is actually increasing struggle effects by 75%. Not even close.Even when boil over provides 0 value it's just horribly frustrating carrying a survivor that has it. I think Boil Over should be changed. Not because it's too strong, because it isn't at all. However I think Boil Over is in a bad place where it provides close to 0 value while being overly frustrating to play against. It's the worst type of perk.
