In this video I show what I had to do to fit 35x12.5x20" tires mounted on 20x9 XF Offroad wheels with a +12 offset...I installed a 4/2 ReadyLift SST a couple...It all depends on your tire selection as well. I might have had issues with another tire on my +30 offset wheels, but the 35x12.5 Federal M/T's I'm running have staggered shoulder lugs on the outer edge. It misses the bodymount by an easy 3/4 to 1". I did have to pull the front mudflaps and front wheel well liners.

I had 961s with 35s with a 2.5 spacer, last I remember that comes to like - 20 something. That was on a 3/1 level. No issues with fender or bumper. Just body mount and plastic wheel well liner. If you look at my posts you can find pics and actual offset in the 35s and level thread. I like the 962s a lot BTW. Good choice.

I'd recommend trimming to fit a 37x12.5 mounted on a 10" wide 6x5.5 wheel at 4-1/2" (or 4-5/8") backspacing. You might never run that tire, but you can certainly run a Q78-16 TSL or a 36x12 SX, and if you want to play on 37s, you can.
