Even the Shadowlands aotc mount was still obtainable until dragonflight prepatch though Fated season. (Or you can just buy an aotc carry) I was 6 of 9 heroic and they (for some reason) invited me and we killed the last boss.

Since you can't find a guild, buying it with gold, seems to be you only choice, it is fairly cheap, around a wow token, so with a few days gold grinding, you should easily get there, if u don't already have it.
